From slow romantic ballads to swinging “Bluesy” tunes, this tape will provide you with the basic step and a good number of variations for slow dancing with a partner. This video is divided into 3 sections with each section getting progressively more challenging than the last - with a total of 16 moves overall. Each pattern is broken down into easy to understand components and you’ll enjoy perfecting the moves with a partner. 2003, DVD/Region 1, 60 minutes.

Erin and Tammy Stevens, Tips on Lead and Follow
This video is divided into 3 sections with each section designed to increase your skills as a social dancer. Whatever level of dancer you are, you will enjoy working on the many exercises this video offers. Section I introduces the “practice position hold” and the important concepts of “frame” and “resistance”, along with five exercises to help you practice these concepts. Section II focuses on Turns: tuck turns, paddle turns - using your arms, finding your balance, and “spotting” your partner. Section III offers fun exercises in the visual connection; reading “the whole picture” while you’re dancing. This section culminates in the “Top 5 Tips for Leaders” and the “Top 5 Tips for Followers”! 2003, 60 minutes.
